SURFACE freight cutoff dates
  • 7 May 2019, 5 p.m., all surface freight information must be received by Mike or Tyrone in the shipping/receiving office. Information should include item description, value, and any special handling requirements.
  • 14 May 2019, 1 p.m., surface hazardous freight must be in the shipping/receiving area. Information should include item description, value, and any special handling requirements. (If the item is “Hazardous,” provide a copy of the MSDS if it is not already on file.)
  • 21 May 2019, 1 p.m., all other surface freight must be in the shipping/receiving area. Final shipping papers will be printed for items already physically there and no additions can be made once the papers have been generated.
